Ayisha got her start in acting with Immortals in 2011, and has held a steady stream of film, TV and video game work ever since. Her 5 seasons a the villain on Unite 9 solidified her place in Quebec, but it was her part in 2014's Brick Mansions that introduced her to international audiences. In 2017 she launched the 4 Points Film and TV program, which boasts challenging workshops with renowned stunt coordinators, summer camps to develop skills and personal growth in children, as well as acting classes for kids, teens and adults. This year she will be starring with Jesse Eisenberg and Salma Hayek in The Hummingbird Project and opposite Mads Mikkelsen in Polar. One of her favourite things about acting is how taught her to be vulnerable in her craft, but also in her life. Her goal for the program is to help others develop this emotional intelligence, and achieve the acting goals that she spent years thinking were beyond her reach.
AMANDA LYNN PETRIN
Amanda's specialties are acting, building confidence and helping shy kids come out of their shells.
She has been acting since she was a toddler, starting with commercials and after school theater programs, working her way to short films, webseries, TV shows and Feature Films. After completing her Bachelor Degree in Psychology and History, she dedicated herself to acting full-time, training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA), as well as with various teachers in Los Angeles, New York and here in Canada. She recently moved from Montreal to Toronto, where she started her training journey with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, parkour and 'all the things' that used to intimidate her. One of her favourite things about acting is how it allowed her to explore and be all the things she was afraid to be as a child.
